June Meagher & Tom Grierson (eternal sea) are holding a 90 minute soundbath and meditation using a unique blend of exotic instruments including:

• Handpans
• Singing Bowls
• Crystal Bowls
• Koshi Chimes
• Russian Harp
• Sea Drum
• Kalimba

and more, in fact many more  exotic instruments from eternal sea.

PLEASE BRING SOMETHING TO LAY ON AND TO COVER YOURSELF

Attendees will also learn some simple breathing techniques and gentle ways in which to help yourself deal with stressful situations.
